30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your Aerily monitor. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of your delivery date
- The item must be in its original condition (not damaged by misuse)
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@aerily.me with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at hello@aerily.me immediately. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping.
