About the Product
What does the Aerily monitor measure?
The Aerily Indoor Air Quality Monitor measures six things in real time: CO2 (carbon dioxide), VOCs (volatile organic compounds), HCHO (formaldehyde), PM2.5 (fine particulate matter), temperature, and humidity. Everything is shown live on the built-in display.
Do I need an app to use it?
No. The monitor works completely standalone — just plug it in and the display shows your readings immediately. The free Tuya Smart app (iOS and Android) is available if you want to track historical data, set alerts, or view readings remotely, but it's optional.
Is it compatible with Alexa and Google Home?
Yes. Through the Tuya Smart app, the Aerily monitor integrates with Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
Does it need WiFi?
WiFi is only needed if you want to use the Tuya app features. The display works without any internet connection.
What's a safe CO2 level?
Outdoor air is around 400–450 ppm. Indoor levels under 800 ppm are considered good. 800–1,000 ppm is moderate — you may notice mild drowsiness. Above 1,000 ppm, focus and decision-making are measurably impaired. Above 1,500 ppm, most people feel noticeably fatigued or foggy. Aerily shows you your exact number so you can act — open a window, turn on ventilation — before it affects you.
How accurate is it?
The monitor uses the same sensor technology found in professional-grade air quality devices. For home use, readings are highly reliable as a real-time reference. Like all consumer-grade monitors, it's not a laboratory instrument, but it gives you meaningful, actionable data.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days to most US addresses. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us at hello@aerily.me and we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once shipped, we're unable to modify orders.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition. See our Refund Policy for full details.
My monitor isn't working correctly — what do I do?
Email us at hello@aerily.me with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll troubleshoot with you and make it right, including a replacement if needed.
